OPERATIONS MANAGER
Plans, directs and coordinates policies of Mortgage
Company; hires, implements and oversees staff in sales,
marketing, accounting, and customer service. Manages
daily operations, administrative services, plans the
use of human resources, including bilingual staff serving
the Hispanic market. Increases contacts with mortgage
industry executives in an effort to expand sales.
Min. BA in Business Administration or equivalent, plus
five years progressive professional responsibility in
Mortgage industry. Business experience with Hispanic
market a must.
